Well

The property has a 235 foot well that was drilled by Fitch Bros Drilling on August 29, 2007.  The well produces at approximately 50 gallons per minute (view Well Completion Report).  A 12 hour well test was performed by Luciana Pump on October 12, 2007 (view letter from Luciani Pump). Because of the size of the existing pump the well produced at 7.8 gallons per minute with no change in the static water level.

Septic

The pressure distribution septic system was installed by Caspersen Excavating of Healdsburg for a 5 bedroom single residence.  The system has a 1500 gallon septic tank with a 1200 gallon sump pump.  The 313 linear foot primary leach field has an 873 linear foot expansion line which can support a 200 percent expansion in capacity.
